

Every sword tells a story – Crown Swords London offers a fully comprehensive refurbishment service to restore your sword. whilst maintaining its character and history.
All restoration and refurbishment work is undertaken in our Norfolk workshops, overseen by our Master Cutler Dean Roberts (Head Cutler for the Prince of Wales and the Grenadier Guards).
Each stage of process has been streamlined to ensure ease and transparency throughout, including a door to door home collection and redelivery service (as standard).
Refurbishment Process Stages
- Make contact via the below form or email us @ [email protected].
- Include a brief description of restoration work required and picture (via below form) or pictures (via email).
- The refurbishment team will then respond with an estimated quote for the work requested via email.
- Once accepted a delivery courier will be dispatched to collect your sword and deliver it to us here in Norfolk.
- When your sword arrives at our workshops, it will be fully inspected, photographed and logged.
- Our Master Cutler (Dean) will then contact you via phone, to discuss and confirm the order and nature of the proposed restoration.
- Dean will be available throughout the process, to both discuss and update you on the progress of restoration.
- Once work has been completed, you will be informed via phone and asked to settle your invoice prior to dispatch.
- Your sword will then be re-delivered to your door or address of your choice at a time and date that is most convenient for you.
Refurbishment time scales depend on the condition, degradation and restoration difficulty. As an approximate time scale (of restoration through to completion) is approximately 12 weeks from collection.
